These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the Birutoto online gaming platform, including all casino games, sports betting services, live dealer games, promotions, and any other services made available through the website located at birutoto.buzz (collectively, the "Platform").

• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on a casino game outcome, sports event, or other gaming activity offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits or free bet allocations credited to a User's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before activation of real-money play or processing of withdrawals.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it — or winnings derived from it — may be withdrawn.

To open and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. Birutoto enforces a strict 21+ minimum age policy and will require documentary proof of age as part of the KYC process. Any Account found to be operated by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable law.
2. You are registering as an individual acting in your own personal capacity — not as a representative, agent, or nominee of any other party.
3. You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
4. You are not an employee, director, officer, consultant, or agent of Birutoto or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such persons.
5. You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion agreement or voluntary ban from any gambling platform, including but not limited to Birutoto.
6. You have not previously had an Account on the Platform terminated for breach of these Terms or for fraudulent activity.
7. You will only maintain one (1) Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited.

When registering for an Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian contact details, and a valid email address. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify Birutoto promptly of any changes via our live support channels.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account access with any other person. Birutoto will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

Any activity that occurs under your Account credentials will be treated as authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify Birutoto's support team immediately via live chat at birutoto.buzz.

All deposits and withdrawals on the Platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Birutoto does not charge currency conversion fees. Supported payment methods include Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong, FPX Instant Transfer, DuitNow QR, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and selected cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC). The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change without notice.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount is RM 20 unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Wallet within minutes. Delays caused by your bank or payment provider are outside Birutoto's control.
• Birutoto reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any deposit above RM 2,000.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Withdrawals below this threshold are not permitted.
• All withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• KYC verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal is processed.
• Birutoto targets withdrawal processing times of under 3 minutes for verified accounts using FPX, DuitNow, or registered e-wallets. Actual processing times may vary based on banking infrastructure.
• Birutoto reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Users will be notified via email or live chat during such reviews.

Birutoto offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, refer-a-friend rewards, cryptocurrency deposit bonuses, and loyalty tier rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit thresholds, wagering requirements, game contribution rates, and expiry periods.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational play. Exploiting bonuses through systematic low-risk wagering strategies ("bonus abuse") is prohibited.
• Standard wagering requirements range from 15x to 40x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion. Specific requirements are disclosed on each promotion page.
• Birutoto reserves the right to void bonus winnings and require repayment of any bonus funds disbursed in error or obtained fraudulently.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash prior to completion of wagering requirements.
• Birutoto reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected users.

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to Birutoto's House Rules and, where applicable, the rules of the specific game or sports market. By placing a wager, you acknowledge and accept the applicable rules governing that wager.

• Bets once confirmed are binding and cannot be reversed, except as provided under specific sportsbook void conditions (e.g., match abandonment, event cancellation).
• Birutoto reserves the right to void any wager placed on an event where pricing errors, technical faults, or obvious aberrations in odds are identified. Users will be notified and funds returned to their Wallet.
• All casino game outcomes on Birutoto are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Birutoto does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and are displayed within the game interface before a wager is placed.
• Birutoto operates a sportsbook covering Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, La Liga, Champions League, UFC, and over 30 other sports and e-sports markets. Live betting is available subject to applicable sports rules and regulatory constraints.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all Account balances:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating multiple accounts for any purpose, including circumvention of limits or exploitation of promotions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or manipulation of game or betting outcomes.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing discrepancies to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Using the Platform in a manner that constitutes a criminal offence under the laws of any applicable jurisdiction.
• Attempting to access another user's Account without authorisation.
• Facilitating third-party access to your own Account or acting as an agent for another person.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the Birutoto brand name, logo, website design, software, game assets, text, graphics, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Birutoto or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from Birutoto.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Birutoto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or losses arising from technical interruptions, service outages, or payment processing delays.

Birutoto's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While Birutoto makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and data accuracy, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation and disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Birutoto is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide tools that allow users to manage their gambling activity, including self-imposed deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible through your Account settings or via our live support team.

Users who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to use these tools and to seek support from independent helplines. Birutoto will honour all self-exclusion requests promptly and will not send promotional communications to self-excluded users.

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting Birutoto's live support team. Upon verified closure request, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet satisfying wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.

Birutoto reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, without prior notice, where:

• The Account holder is found to be under 21 years of age.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of the Platform is detected or reasonably suspected.
• The User has breached these Terms in a material way.
• Continued operation of the Account is required to be restricted under applicable law or regulatory directive.

Upon termination for cause, Birutoto reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation and, where applicable law permits, to retain such funds where they are found to be proceeds of fraudulent or prohibited activity.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which Birutoto holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to Birutoto's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team in writing.

If an internal resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute may be escalated to the dispute resolution mechanism provided by the relevant licensing authority. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

Birutoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, we will provide advance notice via a prominent notice on the Platform or by email to your registered address, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure prior to the effective date.
